Stephen Do Rego

DIRECTOR OF DESIGN & CONSTRUCTION

Stephen Do Rego is Director of Design & Construction at Spandrel Development Partners, LLC, and is responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction execution and coordinating with project teams to ensure that design intent and quality is met throughout the construction process. With over 20 years of experience in real estate development and architecture, Stephen leverages his construction expertise to maintain high quality assurance, problem solve, mitigate risk, and act as the local team leader for the company’s projects.

Prior to joining Spandrel Development Partners, Stephen was Designer Manager at Wood Partners, where he was responsible for leading design and project management of various multifamily developments. Prior to Wood Partners, Stephen worked at The Fallon Company and Cline Design Associates, where he project-managed dozens of various real estate projects and streamlined quality and timeline efficacy. At Payette, he focused on the design of medical facilities and research laboratories, balancing aesthetics and quality with functionality. Prior to Payette, Stephen was Project Architect at Elkus Manfredi Architects Ltd, where he contributed to multi-family residences, mixed-use developments, high-rise buildings, and institutional structures.

Stephen graduated from Wentworth Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Science in Architecture.
