Stephanie Sosebee

CONTROLLER

Stephanie Sosebee is the Controller at Spandrel Development Partners, LLC, and is responsible for overseeing the firm’s accounting operations, including the production of financial reports, maintenance of the accounting records system, and review of partner financial reporting and compliance.

Prior to joining Spandrel, she held key positions at Range Water, a large multifamily developer and manager with communities across the Southeastern and Southwestern United States. Stephanie’s responsibilities included direct oversight of over 70 multifamily communities and experience in growing a portfolio that developed and acquired over $5 billion in assets.

Stephanie graduated from the University of North Georgia with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting.
