Ryan Daniusis is an acquisitions and development analyst at Spandrel Development Partners, where he plays a key role in the development of mixed-use and multi-family projects along the East Coast, guiding projects from site selection to lease-up. With a background that combines architecture and real estate development, Ryan’s expertise spans all aspects of the development process.

Prior to joining Spandrel, he worked as an Architectural Designer at Arquitectonica in Miami, where he project-managed several high-profile luxury developments, including the St. Regis Residences and Ora by Casa Tua, with a combined projected sales value of over $1 billion. Ryan also contributed to other notable projects, such as Casamar in Pompano Beach, MSC Cruise Terminal in Miami, and 1428 Brickell in Miami.

Prior to Arquitectonica, Ryan worked at Handel Architects, another globally recognized firm. He assisted in completing construction documents, playing a vital role in the two-tower, million-square-foot development in Long Island City, Hunters Point South, leading to the completion and DOB submission. Ryan began his career by helping to oversee product development and design implementation for initial installations at Urban Umbrella, the only city-approved alternative to traditional sidewalk scaffolding and overhead protection.

Ryan earned his Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Miami in 2021, where he also minored in entrepreneurship. He is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Real Estate Finance at NYU Schack, demonstrating his commitment to continuous learning and growth in the real estate field. Ryan is passionate about integrating emerging technologies and current trends into his work.
