Peter Cocchia

CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Peter Cocchia is Chief Financial Officer at Spandrel Development Partners, LLC, and is responsible for financial planning and accounting while also serving as strategic advisory to the principals. With over 25 years of executive experience as a Chief Financial Officer, and financial management across public and private construction and development companies, Peter leverages his financial expertise to mitigate risks, manage cash flows and liquidity, and lead long-term strategic planning.

Prior to joining Spandrel Development Partners, Peter was regional Chief Financial Officer of Tutor Perini Building Corp, a wholly owned subsidiary of Tutor Perini Corporation (NYSE: TPC), a prominent entity in civil, building, and specialty construction nationwide. Prior to Tutor Perini, Peter was Chief Financial Officer at Keating Companies, a prominent diversified construction management and real estate development firm.

Peter is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He is also a Certified Construction Industry Financial Professional (CCIFP) and a member of the Construction Financial Management Association (CFMA). Peter graduated from Villanova University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting.
