Jay Deng

ASSOCIATE, ACQUISITIONS & DEVELOPMENT

Jay Deng is an associate at Spandrel Development Partners, LLC, and helps lead all acquisition underwriting, due diligence functions, construction execution, and processes throughout development process, from site selection to lease-up.

Prior to joining Spandrel, Jay was Architectural Designer at Petroff Partnership Architects, where he focused on the development of large retail and industrial projects such as Upper Canada Mall, Fairview Park Mall, Fairview Park Mall Office Buildings, and Industrial Distribution Centers for Prologis. Prior to Petroff Partnership Architects, Jay worked at KPMB Architects, where he supported the design development of several institutional projects including Smith College Alumnae and Oakville Centre of Performing Art.

Jay received his Master of Science in Real Estate with distinction from New York University’s Schack Institute of Real Estate and graduated with high distinction from the University of Toronto with a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Studies.
