Ian S. Levine is Co-Founder of Spandrel Development Partners, LLC, where he leads all aspects of project execution, including budget management, design feasibility, marketing strategies, and corporate relations. With over 25 years of experience in property and asset management, operational oversight, and construction administration, Ian leverages his development expertise to manage critical functions such as lender relations, project insurance, and comprehensive construction management. Since co-founding the firm in 2013, Ian has played a critical role in guiding the firm to success, overseeing projects and consultations totaling more than $4 billion. His leadership has been instrumental in delivering transformative projects that enhance and reshape the cities in which Spandrel develops.

Prior to co-founding Spandrel Development Partners, Ian spent 16 years with RAL Companies and Affiliates, LLC, as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer as well as CEO and President of Spandrel Property Services, Inc., RAL’s affiliated property management and brokerage firm. Ian was key in the development and oversight of luxury residential and mixed-use properties nationwide, contributing to iconic projects such as Tower 270 Condominium, The Franklin Tower, Loft 25 Condominium, One Brooklyn Bridge Park, and The Inn at Lost Creek.

Ian has held real estate licenses in multiple states and has been actively involved in industry organizations such as the International Council of Shopping Centers, the Real Estate Board of New York, and the Institute of Real Estate Management. Ian graduated from Babson College with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and currently serves on the Board of Trustees at The Windward School in New York.
