Alex Dorfman

ANALYST

Alex Dorfman is an analyst at Spandrel Development Partners, LLC, and supports acquisition underwriting, executes due diligence functions, and participates throughout the development process.

Prior to joining Spandrel, Alex worked as an equity research associate at Deutsche Bank, where he covered publicly traded equities in the consumer space, focusing on financial modeling and the creation of investment reports. Prior to Deutsche Bank, Alex worked as an equity research associate at Susquehanna International Group (SIG), where he covered publicly traded equities in the transportation & industrial spaces.

Alex is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Real Estate at New York University’s Schack Institute of Real Estate as a Hirsh Fellowship recipient and graduated from Emory University with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics.
