About This Property

573 Meeting Street is a six-story community offering 70 affordable housing units and a family shelter on the second floor for homeless families and individuals. The project includes studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments for residents earning below 50% of the area’s median income. In partnership with One80 Place, residents receive access to supportive services such as case management, healthcare, tenancy support, and legal assistance. The City of Charleston Housing Authority has committed to providing rental assistance for all 70 units, securing lasting affordability for the community.
